WHAT IS GOD?

To understand who God is, we should first of all know what God is. God is the highest realm in the existential order and the center of all existence. For instance, we are human beings and we are at the realm of man (mankind) which consists of the entire universe. There are other realms like the realm of Angels, the realm of spirit beings, etc. God is the realm of the existence of the Supreme Being whose generic title is also God. It is the realm which is the source of all existence, from where the purpose of all existence was ordained and is controlled.

Metaphorically, God as the center of existence is like sun which is the source of light and energy to all planets rotating around it. Light and energy gives life and sustains life. Every life and creations including the entire universe are made and sustained by God as they rotate around God. It is the center of the existence of all things terrestrial, celestial and aquatic and therefore the source and the cause of existence.

God is the source of light and energy to all material and immaterial existence. Light and energy are the two major things that brings everything into existence and sustains all existence.

2). WHO IS GOD?

God is not a person. God is Spirit and not a spirit. God as Spirit can be whoever and whatever He wishes to be, so God has no specific structure.

God is Spirit and Spirit is what gives life so God is life and the giver of life. The life here is not just the breathing life. It means the existence life –  being in existence. Life is existence and Spirit gives existence of both material and immaterial because everything that exist has a spirit whether they have breath or not. God is the source of existence and the realm of God is the source of life.

God is Spirit, Spirit is Life and Life is Existence, therefore God is Life, the source of all existence and the sustainer of all existence both material and immaterial (physical and spiritual). If everything in material and immaterial world has life by being in existence, it means God is in everything.  Then God is all and in all things. This how everything can be affected by God.

God is the Supreme Being who is in the realm of God. From God and by God the whole universe was created, all things and nature were made and the destiny of all creatures including mankind is controlled. He is immortal because He is the source of all life, so He can’t cease to exist. if He dies everything dies because everything exists by Him including death and all things are sustained by Him. If you remove God from anything, that thing will cease to exist. God does not have a nature because He is nature and He is infinite in existence. He is the source of power and cannot be contained by space, time or distance. He designed the purpose of all existence and reigns in the affairs of all creations including mankind.

There is only one Supreme Being in the realm of God which is the reason we have only one God title. Only one being is called God, beside him no other being is God. God is the Father of all spirits including the spirit of all the flesh and all materials.

3). HOW DO WE KNOW GOD EXIST?

We know God exist because there are existences and some of them are visible to us. Human beings are one of the existences and our world is also an existence. We and our world are the evidence that God exist because we have spirit in us and our world has spirit also. It is like asking a child how he know his parents exists. If his parents do not exist, how was he born? One may not know his parents, but that does not mean they do not exist.

The material world around us are also the evidence of existence. They exist because they have material spirits. The material world has material spirit, human beings have human spirit, Angels have angelic spirit just as demons have demonic spirit, but God is Spirit which is the reason God is all and in all things.

Secondly, we know God exist because of the visible orderliness in all the creations, how they exist and function for definite purposes. We know God exist because we are discovering more and more existences as we make progress in science and development and these supports the existence of God.

For instance, it is written that God is light and it has also been established that light is the source of life (not just the breathing life – it is the existential life which can also be called energy). If the source of ice is water, it means we can confidently conclude there is water around anywhere we see ice. So, if God is light and light is the source of life (existential life), it means the availability of existential life is a clear and undisputable evidence that God exist.

4). WHERE DOES GOD LIVE?

God is the cause of all existence and the sustainer of all existence. God is in all existence and heavens and the earth are full of existences, so God is everywhere and in everything. He does not have a physical abode.

God does not live anywhere because He is not different from Himself which is the reason there is only one God. God lives in the realm of God and the realm of God is God, then God lives in Himself because He is the cause of all existence. The person of God is not different from the realm of God. This is one of the ways we are different from God because we human beings are different from the earth in which we live. We exist separately from the earth where we live, but God is not separated from where He lives. God lives in the realm of God.

For instance, my house where I live is different from me and there are times I will not be at home. If you go to my house when I’m not there you will definitely not see me. This is different about God. There is nowhere you have to go to see God and there is nowhere you can go to hide from God. God is the only source of existence and everything exists from God. As everything is everywhere, God therefore is everywhere. If you touch anything, you have touched God and if you go anywhere, you are before God. We are always with God and there is no place anyone or anything can hide from God.

The word heaven is used as a generic word to refer to any place outside the earth. What the bible call heavens are what science calls planets. Bible says that God created heavens and the earth which in scientific term means that God created other planets and the earth. Any planet or realm outside the earth is referred to as heaven.

The position of heaven is described in relation to the position of the earth. The position of heavens does not describe the actual location but the access point from the surface of earth. It is a description made in relation to the position of our earth and the access to heavens from the earth surface. Heaven is a word that means high above the earth.

All the other planets in our universe are called heavens not because they are in a higher position than the earth. They are called heavens because you can access them from earth only by going up to the sky. To visit the other planets, you must exit the earth from the sky, so they are said to be high above the earth. It is high above the earth surface ground. Anywhere you can visit from the surface of the earth by going down the depth of the earth is said to be below the earth or under the earth and that place will not be called heaven. Heavens are only everything above the surface of the earth. Even the sky is referred to as heaven in the scripture.

The saying that God is in heaven or in the heaven of heavens does not mean God lives in heaven or in the heaven of heavens. What it means is that the source of existence is far above our earth and far above our universe which houses the heavens. The source of existence is not even inside our universe because our universe was caused to exist, it was created. If the created universe is spread out on the space where they are today, it means the space itself came into exist before the universe was born. The outer space is like a spread sheet or a stretched-out curtain on which the entire universe is scattered or laid out as stars, sun, moon, planets and the earth. The universe then cannot be the dwelling place of God because the space existed before it. God as a realm is outside the universe.

For instance, human beings live in houses, but their houses are built on grounds. Grounds were not brought into existence by humans rather humans were made from the ground which means the ground existed before them. If we can only live in the houses build on the ground, then we cannot claim the ground came out of us. If God lives in the heaven or the heaven of heavens and we need to go to heaven to see God, then God cannot be the cause of existence because the heaven where he lives either predates Him or the space where the heaven is hosted predates Him. It will also mean that God is contained in a space called heaven. That is not true.

“But will God indeed dwell with men on the earth? Behold, heaven and the heaven of heavens cannot contain You. How much less this temple which I have built!” 2 Chronicles 6:18.

God cannot be contained because He is endless and limitless both in existence, space and time. God lives everywhere and in everything but heaven is His throne. Heaven is a height and not a physical place. The heaven of God which is where religion assumes God lives is not a physical location. It only describes where God operates from. It is the presence or the manifestation of God. Heaven is wherever you see the throne of God or the manifestation of God’s majesty. Jesus said the kingdom of God does not come with observation. It is within us. So, heaven is within us because God lives in us and reigns in us.

“Seeing then that we have a great High Priest who has passed through the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our confession. Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need.” Hebrews 4:14,16.

5). DOES GOD HAVE A NAME?

Yes, God has a name. Though God do not have a nature as we do, He is an entity that has an identity. To relate with anything, you have to first be able to identify that thing and to identify anything, you have to give that thing a name and in some cases a number to keep count or both name and number. You build relationship with someone you can be able to identify and name is given as an identification for the purpose of relationship.

As someone we are to have relationship with, we should be able to identify God by His peculiar name. God should have a name and He actually has a name. The word God is a title and not an identity name. There are many spirits which has been posing to humans as gods, but by name alone could you be able to keep them from appearing as the true God because they will never take up the name of the true God. God’s name cannot be usurped but His title can be subtly usurped.

These spirits can easily answer when you use only the title name God because there is no specific accent to distinguish between God and god in speech except in writing. For instance, when someone who is praying says ‘hear me o God,’ you cannot be able to differentiate if the person was referring to God or god. It will be clearly differentiated if the person calls whichever God (god) he or she is referring to by the name. It will be highly impossible for other spirits to answer when you use the real name of God. It is for this reason God considered it extremely important for people to know and use His real name in communicating with Him to avoid being manipulated by spirits.

Moreover, it does not show much respect to call someone just by the title of his or her position even if the person is the only one holding that position. God has a name and His name is one and universal and cannot be usurped.

6). WHAT IS THE NAME OF GOD?

Many believe the name of God is unknown so they only refer to Him by the generic title of God which everyone translated according to their different cultural and religious ideas about God’s identity and attributes. God is translated as Dieu in French, Bog in Russia, Allah in Arabic, Shen in Chinese, Mungu in Swahili, etc.

God spoke about Himself using some of His attributes, but that does not diminish the fact that He has a name which was clearly revealed by Himself. God is universal and His name should also be universal, same pronunciation and same meaning.

The name of God as revealed by God Himself is YHWH (יהוה), a four-letter word (Tetragrammaton in Greek language) which is pronounced as Yahweh in Hebrew language and Jehowah in Latin and Jehovah in English. God revealed His name to the people He spoke to in ancient days. Jesus who came from God also said he has revealed the name of God to his apostles. “And I have declared to them Your name, and will declare it, that the love with which You loved Me may be in them, and I in them.” John 17:26. The meaning of the name of God is “the source and the cause of all existence” or “He brings into existence whatever exists.”

The name of God is YAHWEH or JEHOVAH. So, an English person will say that Yahweh is God while an Arab person should say that Yahweh is Allah. A Chinese should say that Yahweh is Shen just the same way someone who speaks Swahili will say that Yahweh is Mungu. There are many spirits who claims to be gods and they are called by different names. God is one and the name of God is one. The name of God is what distinguishes the true God from the self-acclaimed gods.

The name of God cannot be spelled or pronounced differently according to one’s language or culture just as our names cannot be spelled or pronounced differently even when we move to a country with different language and culture. A Russian person that goes to live in Japan will still answer his or her name no matter how hard it maybe for the Japanese people to pronounce it. A Russian cannot take a Japanese name that has the same meaning but sounds different from their own Russian name.

7). DOES GOD HAVE A SON?

God does not only have a son, He has sons. A son is either a direct offspring or an adopted one, but whichever way, a son has the right of inheritance and is the extension of the father. To ask if God has a son is to ask if God has extensions. To whatever God extends His image and likeness has become a son of God.

God is Spirit and He is the Father of all the spirits because He brought them into existence. Spirits are sons of God, but every spirit that God sends out from Him does not become God and does not return back to God to live in Him again as God. Human beings were made in the image and likeness of God having a spirit also, they are God’s children. They have aspects of God in them but they are not God. The spirit in humans came from God and is given to humans as the spirit of man. When God issues out spirit from Him, He gives out only an aspect of Himself to create a nature and not all of Himself. God cannot take a nature because He does not change and cannot stop to exist.

No single creature is God, but everything has an aspect of God in it which is the reason God is in everything and is everywhere. Humans are not God’s children in their body, but by their spirit. In body humans are just like every other flesh such as animals and even tress. In the spirit, we have a different type of spirit from them. Our spirit is superior in that it has aspect of God’s knowledge power to think things into existence and bring things that exist not into existence. This is the creativity knowledge and power to understand patterns and narratives that helps us to know the past and predict the future. The superior aspect of God we possess is why God gave us to rule over the earth, the sea and all that is in them. We are like God to them because God extends to them through us and we relate with them because they have aspects of God in them.

Human bodies are made for physical existence and for biological reproduction. There is one spirit type for human beings and that is the reason all human beings are one gender to God. Spirit do not have gender identity and are not identified by sex because they have no sexual identity. Humans are male and female only in the body and not in spirit. They are all man as soul which is the reason they are all sons just like all the spirit beings are also sons of God.

The difference among sons of God is in the aspect of God they have in them. The more aspect of God one or a group has, the higher they will be over the other sons of God while God Himself is the Most High. Though God has sons, there is one He called my beloved Son and the only-begotten Son.

8). WHO IS JESUS?

In the past God chooses from among humans someone to be His mouth piece, someone through who He gives message to humans. The people so chosen were either called prophets or messengers. They are humans with the human spirit, but the Spirit of God will come upon them so that they can receive the power of God to deliver God’s messages or perform Godly acts. They receive message from God and relays the message to the people.

These prophets and messengers could deliver God’s message, but they were not equipped to fulfill the requirements which God demanded in the message because they are still humans with the human spirit. So, God’s messages delivered through the prophets and the messengers could not fulfill God’s purpose for mankind because no one with human spirit including the prophets and the messengers could fulfill the requirements of God’s messages. God told the prophets that He will send someone by whom God’s word shall fulfill God’s purpose for mankind. The spirit of the person shall spring out directly from God and will not be of the human spirit.

God decided to send a Spirit taken out of Himself and clothed him with human body in order to have among humans someone without the human Spirit who will be able to fulfill God’s righteous requirement for the good of all mankind. This Spirit was born and given the name JESUS.

Jesus was born through gestational surrogacy and does not have human DNA in him.  The Spirit of Jesus was not a descendant of human spirit, but his flesh (body) was a descendant of human body. Jesus came as one not chosen from among humans, but someone sent from heaven to come to the world to give the message, fulfill the requirements of the message for the benefit of all mankind and be the link between man and God.

He came to fulfill what humans even the prophets and the messengers could not fulfill in order for salvation to be established for the human world and for human souls. Jesus is a complete seed of God that took human nature to live among humans. All other human beings have the human spirit in them, but Jesus had in him the Spirit of God with which he was able to do as God would want humans do.

God is Spirit and He is the Father of all spirits. All spirits are from God therefore every spirit is A son of God, but there is one that is of God which is The Son of God and that is the Spirit in Jesus. Jesus is the Son of God in his spirit nature because he was the word (Spirit) with God that became a human being. He was named Imma-nu-el (God with us – not God is with us) because the Spirit that indwelled his body came out of God (Immanent) at that time and was not an offshoot of human spirit. God declared Jesus “My beloved Son in whom I am well pleased” and Jesus called himself “God’s only-begotten Son”. In his divine assignment to earth, he is the Christ which is also called Messiah meaning the savior, the truth bearer. By his death, he is the Lamb of God that took away the sin of the world. In his resurrection, he is Lord through who the present world shall be judged and the coming new world shall be ruled.

9). IS JESUS CHRIST GOD?

The question about who Jesus is, whether he is God or not has been an issue from the time he was in the world and he already made clear the answer himself at many occasions. This issue may be confusing to anyone who do not first of all seek to know what God is and who God is.

We began by explaining what God is and who God is because it is the foundation needed to understand all the truth. The lack of knowledge of what God is and who God is provided opportunity to Satan and his demons to introduce religion and idolatry to human beings which according to John 4:25-26 was one of the major issues Jesus came to clarify.

Jesus said that God is one and He is the Father. God do not have structure, does not have nature and does not come to an end in His form as we stated above. He is God and is always God existing in everything and everywhere.

The Truth is that Jesus came out of God and not out of a human being, but before extending that to human logic we should understand what God said about words that proceeds from Him. The word of God is Spirit and God said that every word that proceed from Him must accomplish what He sent it for before returning to Him. The word of God is God as long as he is in God. When the word goes out from God, he goes out as Spirit with God’s empowerment and not as God. On finishing the assignment, God said the word will return back to Him, but as Spirit and not as God. The type of assignment and the conditions of the assignment will determine what honour and glory the Spirit will receive when he return back to God.

“For He must reign till He has put all enemies under His feet. The last enemy that will be destroyed is death. For “He has put all things under His feet.” But when He says “all things are put under Him,” it is evident that He who put all things under Him is excepted. Now when all things are made subject to Him, then the Son Himself will also be subject to Him who put all things under Him, that God may be all in all.” 1 Corinthians 15:25-28.

For instance, in the case of Jesus Christ, after accomplishing the purpose for which God the Father sent him into the world, Jesus returned back to the Father. God the Father exulted him to the highest place of honour and glory and made him both Christ and Lord. Jesus did everything that the Father had determined concerning him and received the highest honour and glory because in him dwelt the fullness of divinity. He had the fullness of God and not just some aspects of God which earned him the highest place. This is symbolized by what happened between Pharaoh and Joseph. Though Joseph was given the fullness of the authority of Pharaoh, but he was not Pharaoh. The difference between Pharaoh and Joseph was the throne. The throne is the throne of Pharaoh and there is only one Pharaoh.

“Then Pharaoh said to Joseph, “Since God has made all this known to you, there is no one so discerning and wise as you. You shall be in charge of my palace, and all my people are to submit to your orders. Only with respect to the throne will I be greater than you.” So Pharaoh said to Joseph, “I hereby put you in charge of the whole land of Egypt.” Then Pharaoh took his signet ring from his finger and put it on Joseph’s finger. He dressed him in robes of fine linen and put a gold chain around his neck. He had him ride in a chariot as his second-in-command, and people shouted before him, “Make way!” Thus he put him in charge of the whole land of Egypt.
Then Pharaoh said to Joseph, “I am Pharaoh, but without your word no one will lift hand or foot in all Egypt.”
Genesis 40:39-44.

God gave Jesus a name that is above every other name both in heaven and on earth, but that name is not above the name of God because nothing is equal or above God. God and His name is not comparable because there is no other God. Also, you can’t say that God is higher than any other because God cannot be compared to anything or anyone because He is the Most High.

ACCUSATIONS AGAINST JESUS

Jesus told the Jews they were in error of the truth and were misunderstanding his word as they tried to interpret them in line with their wrong religious perception. Pharisees were looking for any basis to shut Jesus down and turn him in. They relentlessly sought to discredit him and his message using even vicious attacks to portray him to the people as a liar and an imposter. Their hope was to get the people to revolt against Jesus which would give them the support they needed to arrest him on the grounds of their religious laws.

One of the laws they desired to trap him on was the one written in Deuteronomy 13:1-5 where God said they should stone any prophet who wants to turn them away from the Lord because he was able to give a sign and a wonder. People followed and believed Jesus largely due to the signs and wonders he was performing, but to them he was just a prophet.

On the night Jesus was arrested, the chief priests, the elders, and all the council sought false testimony against Jesus to put Him to death. They finally accused Jesus before Pontus Pilate of claiming to be the Son of God. Jesus made it clear that it was wrong for them to accuse him of blasphemy for saying he is the Son of God when those to whom the word of God came are called gods by the same people. Jesus said that the actual blasphemy is to call a human being a god rather than a son of God.

“Jesus answered them, “Is it not written in your law, “I said, ‘You are gods”’? If He called them gods, to whom the word of God came (and the Scripture cannot be broken), do you say of Him whom the Father sanctified and sent into the world, ‘You are blaspheming,’ because I said, ‘I am the Son of God’?” John 10:34-46

They Jews claimed Jesus was making himself equal with God by saying that God is his Father. This is a false accusation considering that the same Jews also claimed that God is their Father (John 8:41-42). The Jews were also making themselves equal with God since they too claimed that God is their Father. This is the same false accusation many are using against the Lord Jesus when they call him God which he never claimed.

Jesus was clearly against calling anyone or anything God. Being unable to persuade the people not to believe in Jesus, the Pharisees and the elders used the trumped-up allegation of making himself equal with God to convince the people that Jesus should be condemned to death despite the fact that Jesus was teaching publicly everywhere. He answered many questions which they used as a test to see if he would declare himself God and one of his answers was about “Which is the first commandment of all?” Jesus answered saying:

“….. “The first of all the commandments is: ‘Hear, O Israel, the Lord our God, the Lord is one. And you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your mind, and with all your strength.’ This is the first commandment. And the second, like it, is this: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’ There is no other commandment greater than these.” Mark 12:29-31

This is different from the way God would have answered them. God always start by declaring who He is just like He did when He issued the commandment to the people of Israel. He said: “I am the Lord your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage. “You shall have no other gods before Me.” Exodus 20:1-3. Jesus declared himself as the Son of God and never as God. I am the Lord your God is different from I am the Son of God.

WHAT IS JESUS THEN?

Who Jesus is and what he is are clearly testified to by God the Father and by Jesus himself.

Jesus is Lord.

Jesus is the Messiah which is Christ.

Jesus is the Master.

Jesus is death and resurrection.

Jesus is the way, the truth and the life.

Jesus is King.

Jesus is light.

Jesus is the Lamb of God.

Jesus is the holy one of God and,

Jesus is the Son of God.

Son Of God: “Jesus answered them, “Is it not written in your law, “I said, ‘You are gods” ’? If He called them gods, to whom the word of God came (and the Scripture cannot be broken), do you say of Him whom the Father sanctified and sent into the world, ‘You are blaspheming,’ because I said, ‘I am the Son of God’? John 10: 34-36

The Christ:  “When Jesus came into the region of Caesarea Philippi, He asked His disciples, saying, “Who do men say that I, the Son of Man, am?”
So they said, “Some say John the Baptist, some Elijah, and others Jeremiah or one of the prophets.”
He said to them, “But who do you say that I am?”
Simon Peter answered and said, “You are the Christ, the Son of the living God.”
Jesus answered and said to him, “Blessed are you, Simon Bar-Jonah, for flesh and blood has not revealed this to you, but My Father who is in heaven.”
Matthew 16:13-17.

Lord and The Christ: “This Jesus God has raised up, of which we are all witnesses. Therefore, being exalted to the right hand of God, and having received from the Father the promise of the Holy Spirit, He poured out this which you now see and hear……… “Therefore, let all the house of Israel know assuredly that God has made this Jesus, whom you crucified, both Lord and Christ.” Acts 2:32-33, 36.

The Messiah: Again, the woman of Samaria that Jesus met at the well side said to him “I know that Messiah is coming” (who is called Christ). “When He comes, He will tell us all things.” Jesus said to her, “I who speak to you am He.” John 4:25-26.

Son and Christ: “Jesus spoke these words, lifted up His eyes to heaven, and said: “Father, the hour has come. Glorify Your Son, that Your Son also may glorify You, as You have given Him authority over all flesh, that He should give eternal life to as many as You have given Him. And this is eternal life, that they may know You, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom You have sent.” John 17:1-3

Resurrection and Life, The Christ and the Son of God: “Jesus said to her, “Your brother will rise again.”
Martha said to Him, “I know that he will rise again in the resurrection at the last day.”
Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in Me, though he may die, he shall live. And whoever lives and believes in Me shall never die. Do you believe this?”
She said to Him, “Yes, Lord, I believe that You are the Christ, the Son of God, who is to come into the world.”
John 11:23-27

Christ, the Son of the living God: “Then Jesus said to the twelve, “Do you also want to go away?”
But Simon Peter answered Him, “Lord, to whom shall we go? You have the words of eternal life. Also we have come to believe and know that You are the Christ, the Son of the living God.”
John 6:67-69

THE TESTIMONY OF GOD ABOUT JESUS

Jesus said that God the Father is his witness because no one knows the Son except the Father. What is the testimony which the Father gave about who Jesus is? The Father gave spoke twice in testifying about who Jesus is. The first happened after Jesus was baptized in water by John the Baptist and the second took place after Jesus was transfigured. At both instances, the Father declared that Jesus is His Beloved Son in whom He is well pleased.

“When He had been baptized, Jesus came up immediately from the water; and behold, the heavens were opened to Him, and He saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove and alighting upon Him. And suddenly a voice came from heaven, saying, “This is My beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.” Matthew 3:16-17.

Jesus came to bear witness to the truth. The truth about who God is, what the name of God is and the way of Salvation for mankind (John 18:37). The God and Father of Jesus is also our God and Father. Anyone that believes and receive the same Spirit that is in Jesus will have the same God and Father with Jesus.

“In bringing many sons and daughters to glory, it was fitting that God, for whom and through whom everything exists, should make the pioneer of their salvation perfect through what he suffered. Both the one who makes people holy and those who are made holy are of the same family. So Jesus is not ashamed to call them brothers and sisters. He says, “I will declare your name to my brothers and sisters; in the assembly I will sing your praises.” Hebrews 2:10-12 NIV

“Jesus said, “Do not hold on to me, for I have not yet ascended to the Father. Go instead to my brothers and tell them, ‘I am ascending to my Father and your Father, to my God and your God.’” John 20:17.

Jesus never denied who he is and the Holy Spirit has never spoken contrary to what Jesus declared. Jesus is Lord and the Son of God.

10). HOW IS JESUS THE SON OF GOD?

Remember God is Spirit and He is the Father of all the spirits including the spirit of all the flesh. God is not a Spirit – no, He is Spirit, so everything that is Spirit came from Him, but there is one that came out of Him. The Spirit that came out of God has been with God and was active and functional while he was with God.

That is the Spirit that took flesh and became Jesus. This Spirit is the Son of God because he came out of God and was sent by God to become the first of a new humankind different from the regular human beings which creations have been waiting for their manifestation. It is written that in the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God and the Word was God. in order words, in the beginning was the Word and the Word was with God and the Word was Spirit because God is Spirit.

The Word here also mean a Seed because according to the scripture, “The Seed is the Word of God” (Luke 8:11). So, if we substitute Word with Seed in the above scripture, it will read; in the beginning was the Seed and the Seed was with God and the Seed was Spirit.

It was the Seed which is the Word that took flesh and dwelt among humans. The Word from God is Seed which was in God as Spirit. God sent the Spirit as Seed (a fertilized embryo) into the womb of a woman where the Spirit took human male flesh and became a new humankind completely different from the rest human beings already in existence. The Spirit dwelt among humans as a Son of man by having flesh, bone and blood as humans does but did not have the human spirit. He was called Jesus on birth as the Angel instructed.

Every Human being has the human spirit which we all inherited from Adam the first human in whom God deposited the human spirit. Jesus is the Son of God because he had the Spirit that came out of God and that Spirit is different from the human spirit.

THE NATURE OF SPIRITS

When God releases a spirit for anything, the spirit will have an aspect of God. No spirit from God is God, but each has an aspect of God in them. If that creation is something that has to multiply, it is the same spirit that will be multiplying because God does not send new spirits every time a given creation multiplies. It is like the way we make stamps for documents or print documents. For instance, when we create one stamp with the inscription “=RECEIVED=”, we will use that same stamp to stamp all documents that is required to be stamped RECEIVED. We do not have to create a new =RECEIVED= stamp for every single received document. We use the same one stamp to stamp as many documents as available.  This is the nature of Spirits. One human spirit for all human beings with Adamic nature.

For instance, when God made Adam’s body, He breathe into the body the human soul wrapped with the human spirit. When Eve the female body was made, God did not breathe into her a new soul and a new spirit because He has already released the soul and the spirit of man. God duplicated the human spirit that was in Adam into Eve. Spirit multiplies by duplication. Eve received the same spirit of man that was already in Adam but a different type of body. The different types of body made for the humans is just for reproduction purpose so that humans should not reproduce through asexual reproduction.

The major differences between the two human bodies are the organs and body parts that are used in reproduction. Likewise, the only visible difference between male and female human skeleton is in the shape of the pelvis. The difference in shape at that pelvis region of the human skeleton is due to reproductive specification (gestational purpose).

The same human spirit God put in Adam is what has continued to multiple in all human beings. This is why all human beings have one spirit known as the spirit of man (human spirit). For instance, when Moses received the spirit of the nation of Israel and God wanted to get more 70 people to join Moses in the leadership affairs of Israel, He did not release new spirits to them. He took some of the spirit that was already in Moses and put in those 70 people. Spirits are duplicated and this is what science calls cloning.

THE SPIRIT IN JESUS

Jesus is different from every other human being because of the Spirit in him. The Spirit that became Jesus has never been released before. The Spirit has been with God and was in God until the day he was released as a complete fertilized Seed into the womb of blessed Mary. The scripture says that in the beginning was the Seed and the Seed was with God and the Seed was Spirit because the Spirit has not been released before, it has always been with God and as long as the Spirit was with God, he is God, but once released, he became whatever God choses to call him.

The Scripture says that the Spirit was God which is a past tense showing that the Spirit currently is no longer God because he has been sent out from God into the world. The Word was God when he was still with God and once he was sent out of God, he exists as Spirit and not as God.

God sent the Spirit as a Seed into the womb of Mary to incubate and develop human flesh. The pregnancy has nothing to do with any human seed (ovum or sperm). So, Jesus was not from a human seed because he did not come from a human sperm or ovum. Mary became pregnant as a virgin and without ovulation. God transferred Spirit that was in Him into the blessed Mary’s womb as an embryo (a fertilized Seed). The Angel told Mary that the process will not tamper with the religious requirement of her body for which reason the child to be born shall be called the Son of God the Most High and not the child of any human parents.

HUMAN NATURE OF JESUS

Jesus is the Son of God because the Spirit that became Jesus directly descended from God into humanity and was never part of Adamic human nature. All other human beings have the same Adamic nature sharing the same human spirit, but the human nature of Jesus is completely different from the Adamic nature. Jesus was the first of his humankind that came into the world with a Spirit that has been active in God. As many that will receive the same type of Jesus are the sons of God. As Adam was the first of the humankind that has the human spirit, Jesus was the first of the humankind that have the Spirit of God. The human spirit of the Adamic nature was not active while he was in God. God released him a new spirit into humans without any pre-existence function. The Spirit of Christ Jesus was active and functional while he was with God. The Spirit has a pre-existence function while with God and participated in creation.

“Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made. In him was life, and that life was the light of all mankind.” John 1:3-4.

Jesus is not Son of God in the biological sense. Some people erroneously think or assume that anyone who believes and says that Jesus is the Son of God is blaspheming since that will mean God biologically gave birth to Jesus. People who thinks like this are those who see Jesus as a complete human being with the same Adamic nature. They do not understand the difference between Jesus’ humankind and the Adamic humankind. Many people has not yet believe that Jesus is the Son of God because to them it is a blasphemy to believe that God should have a Son in human nature.

Some believe and teaches that Jesus is the Word of God, but they do not understand that the Word of God is Seed of God. If Jesus is the Word of God, then he is the Seed of God and a seed is what becomes an offspring. Spiritual offspring do not come through the biological process because biological process is for humans and other physical beings who exist in the realm of physical life. Jesus is the Son of God by his spiritual nature. As many that will receive Him, to them he will give his spiritual nature to become children of God including those who will believe in His name.

Apart from being the Son of God, Jesus also is the only-begotten Son of God due to his physical or human nature and the process of his birth.

11). HOW IS JESUS THE ONLY-BEGOTTEN SON OF GOD?

To say that Jesus is the Son of God has a different meaning from saying that Jesus is the only-begotten Son of God. The two statements describe two different natures of Jesus Christ.

The first which says that Jesus is the Son of God refers to his Spiritual nature which will be an everlasting thing while the second which says that Jesus is the only-begotten Son of God refers to his human nature which comes to an end when other Sons are added to the family of God. The Spiritual nature of Jesus can never change, so Jesus will never cease to be the Son of God, but Jesus shall cease to be the only-begotten Son of God once more sons are begotten by God at which time he will become the first begotten Son.

“For God knew His people in advance, and He chose them to become like His Son, so that His Son would be the firstborn among many brothers and sisters. And having chosen them, He called them to come to Him. and having called them, He gave them right standing with Himself. And having given them right standing, He gave the His glory.” Romans 8:29-30 NLT

The humankind of Jesus has a different image from the humankind of Adam. God wants to bring many people and conform them to the image of the humankind of Jesus as His sons. These other Sons are people who will receive the same Spirit that Jesus has in exchange of their human spirit. No one who has only the human spirit will be added to the household of God (Romans 8:19-23).

The Spirit that came out of God which is in Jesus is what shall be given to people who will believe in who Jesus is and also accept to become God’s children by receiving the same Spirit of Christ. This Spirit of Christ Jesus is different from the first human spirit released through Adam. Receiving this new Spirit is what is called the new birth or spiritual birth. The person becomes born again upon receiving the new Spirit of Christ Jesus. You are a new creation when the same Spirit that was in Jesus Christ now lives in you rather than the spirit of man that we received through the Adamic nature.

In the beginning was the word (seed) and the word was with God and the word was Spirit. Then the Spirit took flesh and became a human being. The process through which the Spirit who was named Jesus became a human being is what made him the only-begotten Son of God. Being the only-begotten Son means the only one born into the world out of a direct Seed from God and has nothing to do with the first human nature. He is a brand-new humankind who is not an offspring of the old mankind.

God created Adam as the first image of his humankind and all other human beings came from the seed of Adam. Jesus was sent as a Seed from God and became the first image of a new humankind, those who will be called the children of God.

Adam was the first created son of God, the first human being God created with the human spirit while Jesus was the first-begotten Son of God, the first Spirit from God that became a human being with image and nature different from the image and nature of the Adamic specie.

God placed His Spirit that came out Him into the womb of Mary as a fully fertilized seed (embryo) where it developed human body. There was no sexual interaction or woman ovulation involved in the conception of Jesus.  So, Jesus was not conceived in a human womb and is not a human progeny. He was placed in the womb as an embryo. The Angel said to Mary that the Holy Spirit will come upon her or cross over her and the power of the Most High will overshadow her and for that reason the child to be born shall be called the Son of God.

The child shall be begotten completely from God’s Seed with no human input which made him the only-begotten Son of God. The only person among humans begotten from a complete Seed from God without any human in-put. He received nothing from any human being and is not an offspring of any human being.

The child shall not have human DNA because nothing will be taken from any human being (neither sperm nor ovum). This is typified by the scientific process of gestational surrogacy and it also shows how blessed Mary remained a virgin after giving birth to Jesus. A gestational surrogate who was a virgin before the process will still be a virgin after giving birth. Mary as a virgin gestational surrogate remained a virgin after giving birth to Jesus. She did not break her religious piety.

Jesus is the only-begotten Son of God because he was not born through the normal biological process from human seeds. He is the first humankind whose conception was processed and directed by God Himself without human input. The normal biological process will involve a mixture of the ovum from a female and a sperm from a male for fertilization to occur. The normal biological process may not only be done through sexual intercourse as science has shown, but one certain thing is that there must be a mixture of the ovum and the sperm. We are sons and daughters of men because we were born from human seeds (a mixture of seed from a woman and spirit from a man).

By the process of his birth, Jesus became the first and only person to be born from a complete seed from God without involving human ovum and sperm. If God had sent Jesus as a full grown up man without going through the birth process, may be that should have solved every doubt and exaggeration about whether Jesus is God or the Son of God. There was a prophecy to be fulfilled was the reason God did not do that. The first image of the new kind of humans must be seen as a seed of the woman and should develop as a human being like those he came to save (Genesis 3:15, Hebrews 2:14-18).

Jesus will not always be the only-begotten Son of God. He will later change to become the firstborn or the first begotten Son of God when other sons are added to the family of God. In fact, he has become the first-begotten Son of God and no longer the only-begotten Son because many sons have already been added and many more are being added right now.

“For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are sons of God.” Romans 8:14.

12). HOW IS JESUS LORD?

It is the same thing as asking what does it mean that Jesus is Lord?

We should first understand what the word ‘Lord’ means in order to understand what it means that Jesus is Lord.

Lord is someone who has authority to rule over other people to the extent of determining who lives or who dies. Lord is associated with the authority to rule as a judge. A Lord is a judge. The word of a lord is final and cannot be challenged, though it may be appealed against under some circumstances depending largely on the level of the lord.

A lord is not just a ruler because some rulers are not judges. A lord has authority over a ruler because a ruler can be judged by a lord. In the ancient days, most kings are lords because they have the authority to rule and also the authority to judge over the people. David was the king and the judge. One of the major duties of a king in those eras was to judge the people. In today’s democratic system, the leaders of the government are not the judges of the people. Power is not concentrated in the hand of one person as it was in the olden days. The judiciary are the lords. They have the authority to condemn someone to death penalty, remove citizenship, revoke property, settle disputes even between government and citizens, etc. and their judgment is final at the supreme level. Lords are actually supreme in judgment.

Lord is a title quite different from God. Lord is about rulership and judgment while God is about creation and existence. A Lord is under God because God is about existence and someone needs to exist first before they could become a lord. They are not the same which is the reason God Himself is referred to as “The Lord God.” God has both titles and He made Jesus Lord according to His pleasure and purpose.

“Therefore let all the house of Israel know assuredly that God has made this Jesus, whom you crucified, both Lord and Christ.” Acts 2:36.

“For as the Father has life in Himself, so He has granted the Son to have life in Himself, and has given Him authority to execute judgment also, because He is the Son of Man.” John 5:26-27.

Jesus is Lord because God the Father made him Lord when He decided to entrust or commit all judgment to him. God will judge all people, all spirits and all creations by Jesus and for this reason Jesus is Lord, but God remains God. Jesus will determine who will come into the kingdom and who will not. He will determine which spirit being will retain their positions in heaven and which shall be cast into the world of hellfire. Jesus said:

“Moreover, the Father judges no one, but has entrusted all judgment to the Son, that all may honor the Son just as they honor the Father. Whoever does not honor the Son does not honor the Father, who sent him.” John 5:22-23

Jesus is the Prince of the kingdom of God because he is the Son of God and the heir apparent to God’s kingdom of heaven which shall rule over mankind. When Jesus returned back to heaven from earth, God crowned him both Lord and Christ meaning he will judge all creations as Lord and at the same time, he will defend and condemn mankind in judgement as Christ (Romans 8:31-34). Jesus therefore is Lord because he is the Son of God, the Crown Prince of the kingdom of God, the heir apparent of God’s entire kingdoms (Revelation 11:15) to whom God the Father has committed all judgment.

“what about the one whom the Father set apart as his very own and sent into the world? Why then do you accuse me of blasphemy because I said, ‘I am God’s Son’?” John 10:36

Jesus will conduct all judgments including the judgment of human beings and spirit beings among whom there are also lords. Our world is made up of Spiritual kingdoms and human nations but we are only aware of the physical human nations which we can see. Many nations of the world are physically independent and sovereign, but spiritually, they are grouped together under the same spiritual kingdom with many other nations.

Jesus is called Lord of lords because he will judge both the human lords and the spiritual lords. There are spiritual and temporal lords, but Jesus is the Lord of all these lords and will judge all of them in regards to how they used the power which God assigned to them.

God in His glorious wisdom symbolized this arrangement as a hidden message with what happened between Pharaoh of Egypt and Joseph.

Take note of the underlined statements made by Pharaoh. God is represented by Pharaoh while Jesus is represented by Joseph. Pharaoh exulted Joseph to the highest place of authority and honour but said he will remain Pharaoh and there will be only one Pharaoh. Pharaoh made Joseph lord in Egypt with the authority to judge all the people of Egypt including the household of Pharaoh, but except Pharaoh himself. Joseph shall be honoured as Pharaoh is honoured because without Joseph’s word no one will lift hand or foot in all Egypt, but there will be a clear difference between Pharaoh and Joseph. The difference is the throne. Despite the blanket authority he gave to Joseph, Joseph should not assume himself as Pharaoh because Pharaoh will still be Pharaoh and there will be only one Pharaoh. The scripture also clarified this at 1Corinthians 15:20-28.

To believe, accept and confess that Jesus is Lord is one condition for salvation. If you accept who God has appointed as judge over all creations, then you have demonstrated faith and loyalty to God Himself. You have shown willingness to submit to the authority of God under Jesus which will qualify you to become a part of His kingdom. Jesus is going to be the King of God’s kingdom of heaven which shall rule over mankind. If you do not accept Jesus’ authority as God has declared, then you will not be saved which means you will not be given the freedom and the new Spirit that humans need to become part of the coming new world.

Human beings who will enter the kingdom of heaven must receive the same type of Spirit that Jesus has – which means they must be born again with a new Spirit specie which is different from our current human spirit and the only way to do this is by coming to Jesus who alone God authorized to give the life-giving Spirit. To receive the Spirit that is in Jesus, i.e., to be born again, you must come to Jesus and must accept that Jesus is Lord if not you won’t be able to receive a new birth and without new birth your soul shall not be saved.

A convicted person must appear before a constituted Judge to be set free, but if the person does not believe in the authority of the constituted Judge, he or she will not accept to appear before the judge and whoever that willfully refused to appear before a constituted judge will never be set free and shall stand condemned because they refused to take the opportunity offered to them to come to the Judge and receive freedom. This is what Jesus meant by saying “He who believes in Him is not condemned; but he who does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.” John 3:18.

If you reject Jesus and refuse to accept him and his authority which are ordained by God, you have also rejected God who appointed him and ordained his authority. No one can claim to believe in God based on the truth and yet refuse to believe in Jesus Christ. The relationship between God and Jesus has been made very clear by the Holy Spirit who knows the mind of God. Your religion or tradition should not be a barrier to you. God has made a way for you to become a believer no matter your religion or tradition and no matter where you are. There is a truth-full answer to all your religious, traditional, political and social concerns because God’s truth is plain and has no contradictions nor exaggerations. We are very pleased to make them known to you if you will stop doubting and start seeking.

13). SHOULD WE WORSHIP JESUS?

One of the reasons Jesus came was to teach and show us who God is, what the name of God is and to let us know we should worship God alone.

“Jesus spoke these words, lifted up His eyes to heaven, and said: “Father, the hour has come. Glorify Your Son, that Your Son also may glorify You, as You have given Him authority over all flesh, that He should give eternal life to as many as You have given Him. And this is eternal life, that they may know You, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom You have sent………I have given them Your word; and the world has hated them because they are not of the world, just as I am not of the world. I do not pray that You should take them out of the world, but that You should keep them from the evil one………” John 17:1-19

Our mission is to revive the truth by truthfully giving the word of witness we received from the Lord Jesus through the Holy Spirit. Our testimony is for the revival of truth and not for promoting religious agenda. The effort of the spirit of lie has been to change the true testimonies Jesus gave about God the Father and about himself. Th spirit of lie always seeks to achieve his goal through humans (scholars or learned) who does not like simple truth and cannot accept simple truth unless it is somehow remolded into big philosophy and theology.

Jesus in his wisdom used proverbs to give his message because the highly learned Pharisees (learned teachers of law or theologians) tried to play the game of words with Jesus. The message could not help them because even if he gave them a plain message they will still not believe. Holy Spirit has made plain to us even with common examples all the truth Jesus tried to convey to the people at that time.

Today, many theologians and highly learned teachers are using philosophy and logic to complicate the plain truth which God intended that all souls whether learned or not should know. Mysteries are God’s messages which are sealed for a given time and that given time is the time of salvation. Now is the time of salvation and all mysteries are being made plain by God even through scientific discoveries as the scripture said.

The Holy Spirit is given to unlock mysteries so that all shall come to the knowledge of truth in Christ Jesus and no longer be held in bondage with lies and empty philosophies. The Lord said that when the Holy Spirit who is the Spirit of truth comes, he will remind us everything he said and will guide us into all the truth and reveal to us things to come. The Holy Spirit will do all these very plainly so that understanding will not be hard at all.

There is one important warning the Lord gave that we should always bear in mind. He said “Remember the word that I said to you, ‘A servant is not greater than his master.’ If they persecuted Me, they will also persecute you. If they kept My word, they will keep yours also. But all these things they will do to you for My name’s sake, because they do not know Him who sent Me.” John 15:20-21.

Many are offended by the truth because they do not know God who sent Jesus. So what is the witness given by Jesus in the issue of who to worship? Jesus after being baptized was taken to the wilderness to be tempted by the devil. We are going to see the response Jesus gave to the devil who has always desired that humans worship him like God or as God.

“Then the devil, taking Him up on a high mountain, showed Him all the kingdoms of the world in a moment of time. And the devil said to Him, “All this authority I will give You, and their glory; for this has been delivered to me, and I give it to whomever I wish. Therefore, if You will worship before me, all will be Yours.”
And Jesus answered and said to him, “Get behind Me, Satan! For it is written, ‘You shall worship the Lord your God, and Him only you shall serve.’”
Luke 4:5-8.

The devil is the one who wants humans to worship him like God or as God. Jesus ceased the opportunity to show us who to worship. We follow the Lord Jesus’ instruction to worship God alone. In the same faith we give honour and glory to Jesus as he instructed us and we do this mostly by praying to God in his name as the Lord and the mediator between us and God.

14). WHY IS JESUS CALLED “JESUS CHRIST”?

Jesus is the Christ of God which means the chosen one of God. The one who God the Father choose to send from heaven to earth on His name and authority. He can be called Jesus the Christ, but many calls him Jesus Christ by directly adding Christ to his name. It means Jesus the chosen one or Jesus the anointed one.

15). DO WE PRAY TO JESUS OR TO GOD?

We need to first understand what prayer is.

Prayer is an act of communicating in different ways to someone superior, who has authority or who is in a position to provide the needed information or relief. It is a petitioning for intervention or for intercession. It is a way of showing honour and recognition to someone in a position of authority.

Prayer is completely different from worship, but it can be used as an act of worship also. All prayers are not the same since prayer is mainly about communication. We pray to God as a form of worship while we pray to Jesus as a form of communication. Jesus is alive, therefore communicating with him is not communicating with the spirit of a dead person and there should be nothing wrong with that. Jesus communicates with us through the Holy Spirit which lives in us.

“I still have many things to say to you, but you cannot bear them now. However, when He, the Spirit of truth, has come, He will guide you into all truth; for He will not speak on His own authority, but whatever He hears He will speak; and He will tell you things to come. He will glorify Me, for He will take of what is Mine and declare it to you. All things that the Father has are Mine. Therefore I said that He will take of Mine and declare it to you.” John 16:12-15

In regards to religious form of prayer which involves more than ordinary communication, we were not made from the beginning by God to pray for needs or to practice religion. What we need to pray for is grace and mercy to be able to relate with God as is required. The need for prayer arose after humans were driven from the Garden of Eden. Man left the Garden without any knowledge, wisdom and understanding of how to rule over the earth and sea. In the Garden, Adam and Eve never prayed for any need even when they were naked, they did not pray before God used leather skin to cover them. God saw their need and provided it as a Father. Our prayer is a form of worship and not a way of begging for provisions because God knows our need even before we ask.

Man developed the attitude of prayer in his quest for wisdom, knowledge and understanding of himself and his world. Satan and his demons in turn seized this opportunity to introduce religion and present themselves as gods to humans by simply manifesting some sort of superiority in wisdom, knowledge and understanding. Jesus came to correct the error caused by the lies of Satan and his demons which have created the tendency for humans to worship whoever or whatever that demonstrates wisdom, knowledge and understanding superior to that of humans.

When Jesus was in the world his disciples used to ask him to pray for them to God the Father. When he returned back to heaven where he was given a seat at the right hand of God which is a place of power or authority, he told his disciples he will be in a very good position not to pray for them to the Father any longer, but to make sure their prayers are answered if they pray in his name directly to the Father.

“In that day you will ask in My name, and I do not say to you that I shall pray the Father for you; for the Father Himself loves you, because you have loved Me, and have believed that I came forth from God.” John 16:26-27.

Jesus revealed to us that he will be playing the role of an intercessor on behalf of all those who will pray in his name. “Therefore, whoever confesses Me before men, him I will also confess before My Father who is in heaven. But whoever denies Me before men, him I will also deny before My Father who is in heaven.” He will be an intercessor for men to the Father who is God.

Many may have been confused by Jesus’ statement in which he said he will do whatever is asked in his name. Many take this alone to mean that he asked us to pray to him.

“Most assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in Me, the works that I do he will do also; and greater works than these he will do, because I go to My Father. And whatever you ask in My name, that I will do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you ask anything in My name, I will do it.” John 14:12-14.

Jesus said whatever we ask in his name, he will do it, but who should we ask from since we need to ask in his name. If we are to pray to him, then we are not supposed to ask in his name. To ask in his name is to state the authority by which we are asking which means we are not asking directly from him. It is like responding to the question of who send you to ask or on whose authority are you asking?

He said we should ask the Father in his name and he will see it is done because he will be with the Father and shall intercede for whoever that ask the Father in his name. Jesus has opened the door for us to come boldly before the throne of God and ask for whatever we need and asking in the name of Jesus facilitates your answer because you have backed up your request with an authorization.

“You did not choose Me, but I chose you and appointed you that you should go and bear fruit, and that your fruit should remain, that whatever you ask the Father in My name He may give you.” John 15:16

“And in that day you will ask Me nothing. Most assuredly, I say to you, whatever you ask the Father in My name He will give you. Until now you have asked nothing in My name. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be full.” John 16:23-24

Jesus said we should ask the Father whatever we desire in his name. The reason he said this is because his name will be made an authority to access God’s presence and favour from the time he returns back to heaven. He told them it is to their advantage that he should return back to the Father for that will help them better than being with them on earth. On earth he could only pray to the Father for them, but if he is with the Father in heaven, he will get the Father to answer their prayer.

We pray to God but we come to God through Jesus. Meaning we pray to God in the name of Jesus. So, by the virtue of the position of Jesus as Lord and the intercessor of the Believers, we do communicate to Jesus for intercession, for grace and mercy to serve God better. We do not pray to Jesus as God but we use his name as authority to speak to God and manifest God’s power here on earth.

“The centurion replied, “Lord, I do not deserve to have you come under my roof. But just say the word, and my servant will be healed. For I myself am a man under authority, with soldiers under me. I tell this one, ‘Go,’ and he goes; and that one, ‘Come,’ and he comes. I say to my servant, ‘Do this,’ and he does it.” Matthew 8:8-9.

God is not under authority. He is the one that gives authority to anyone who has an authority. “And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth.” Matthew 28:18. No one can give what he does not own. God owns authority and is justified to give it to Jesus His Son. This includes the authority to let humans pray to the Father in his name and let those who pray in his name to receive by the faith of Jesus and not on their own faith alone.

Prayer means talking to God alone for worship, request, report or insight as described above. We carefully provided this answer in clarification of what the testimony of Jesus is. Many who ask this question has this one thing in mind which is to know if Jesus is considered to be God. Prayer as an act of worship should be directed to God alone because worship is not transferable, but there are other things about prayer which one can only understand as they grow in faith and in the knowledge of the truth.

One clear difference to note is that God do not bring the answer to all prayers by Himself. God can provide answer to prayers through many channels such as through the Lord Jesus, the Holy Spirit, angels, human beings and other means He chooses. For instance, God’s answer to human sufferings, pain and death was to send Jesus with grace and truth. God gave them grace through Jesus Christ for them to be able to do His will. We are free to interact or communicate with whoever that brings God’s answer to us and this does not mean we are praying to that person as God. Daniel interacted with the angel that brought God’s answer to his prayer and that was not considered as praying to the angel.

This is what the centurion said to Jesus about being under authority. God owns authority in all matters just as the state owns authority in the case of the centurion. So, when we pray for grace and mercy, we are likely to receive answer from the Lord Jesus. When Paul prayed for healing, Jesus spoke to him about his grace.

“Therefore, in order to keep me from becoming conceited, I was given a thorn in my flesh, a messenger of Satan, to torment me. Three times I pleaded with the Lord to take it away from me. But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” 2Corinthians 12:7-9

No matter through whom the answer to our prayer is revealed, we should always return thanks to God and show gratitude to God and also to Jesus in whose name the answer became possible. This is how we should show pure knowledge, godly wisdom and true understanding. All good gifts come from God and as such whenever a prayer is answered, we should recognize the source and not just the vessel for God is always testing our heart in this matter.

We always come to God through Jesus to worship God, praise Him and present our sacrifices to God because Jesus is the one who leads us in true worship. Jesus leads all believers in worship because he is the eternal Priest to all those who believe. In the same way, we come to God in prayer in the authority of the name of Jesus acknowledging that our faith alone is not enough to get the desired answer.

“Now there have been many of those priests, since death prevented them from continuing in office; but because Jesus lives forever, he has a permanent priesthood. Therefore he is able to save completely those who come to God through him, because he always lives to intercede for them.” Hebrews 7:23-25.

Lastly, this is how the scripture puts it:

“Let your gentleness be known to all men. The Lord is at hand. Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.” Philippians 4:5-7

16). WHY DO WE PRAY IN THE NAME OF JESUS?

We pray in the name of Jesus because Jesus is Lord and his name is an authority. Praying in the name of Jesus is the same thing as appealing to God in the authority of the name of Jesus because the name of Jesus is an authority duly established by God and will always be duly recognized by God and the heavens. Praying to God in the name of Jesus also confirms that you believe Jesus is Lord and is your Lord.

Jesus is the gateway for humans to God. His name is an authority in heaven and on earth. His name is what grants us unhindered access to God. It works against the power of sin and unrighteousness which will always stand as a hindrance or an obstruction to God hearing us directly.

“Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.” John 14:6

The name of Jesus is the highest identity instrument that gives authorization and access to the highest spiritual depth. It is like obtaining the highest status or right in any society that guarantees you access to all the special benefits of that society. The name of Jesus signs you in into the very spiritual presence of God. It is the same thing as having the direct telephone line to God rather than the telephone switch board.

Whoever that prays to God without using the name of Jesus Christ is calling God through the telephone switch board. People that prays to God through the switch board hardly gets to God and all what they can receive are God’s general blessings which are the blessings God has made available for all creatures. Those who pray in the name of Jesus connects directly to the throne of God where they receive greater spiritual depth and special favours (unmerited favour). The name of Jesus is an access and benefit authorization.

Every creature of God can access God’s general blessings. In every society, your status determines the benefits you can access. There are benefits which everyone can have, but there are special benefits for only those with certain special status such as citizenship and in some circumstances, only citizenship by birth.

Through the name of Jesus, God do not hear our voice only, He beholds us because we come into His presence and in the presence of God there is liberty and fullness of joy. By hearing us alone, we are certain He answers us.

People who pray to God without using the name of Jesus have great limitations of what they can receive. They can only receive from the general blessings which includes everything God has already given to man before they were driven out of the Garden of Eden. The reason is that they do not have access to the presence of God and are not heard by God when they pray. They only receive out of what has been generally provided. These group of people will easily be manipulated by Satan and his demons who pretends to have the answer to their prayers just like what David’s son Absalom did in the later days of King David (2 Samuel 15:1-6).

The name of Jesus overrules limitations and gives us unhindered access and unrestricted authority to receive what humans do not have access to. The name of Jesus differentiates between servants of God and the children of God. There is no family where servants and children have the same right and access. Servants speaks to the master through a chain of command and also have regulated time to speak to the master, but children speak directly to their father who is the master and can do so at any given time. Through the name of Jesus we are treated as God’s children and not servants.

Jesus said that if you remain in him and his word remain in you, ask whatever you desire and it shall be done to you and whatever you shall ask in his name shall be given to you.

“In that day you will ask in My name, and I do not say to you that I shall pray the Father for you; for the Father Himself loves you, because you have loved Me, and have believed that I came forth from God.” John 16:26-27.

It is what gives you the authority to pray, guarantees answer to your prayer and shows that you are a believer because you have believed that Jesus came forth from God and is the Son of God. It is one of the things Jesus commanded us to observe and it works perfectly.

17). WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO BE SAVED?

To be saved is to be redeemed or be salvaged. It is to be set free from ruin or destruction. The real question is: free from what ruin or destruction? In other words, what is the ruin or destruction?

When Jesus told the Jews about them being in bondage, they said they have always been free. Unknown to all mankind, we have been in bondage of sin and death since from the time of Adam. The ruin is that anyone who die without being saved died to be permanently separated from God and their eternal destiny is a world of hellfire (eternal damnation). Human soul is immortal and shall live forever, but it has two options of where to spend eternity. One is inside the kingdom of God and the other is in a world of hellfire outside the kingdom of God.

To be brought out from the wide path (way) that leads to eternal damnation and be brought into the narrow path (way) that leads to eternal life is what it means to be saved. It is called salvation which is to be delivered from eternal ruin and damnation that will come upon humans because of sin and unrighteousness caused by their human spirit and the evil world.

18). WHY DO WE NEED TO BE SAVED?

The reason we need to be saved is because human beings cannot attain any meaningful enlightenment unless they are first saved from their spiritual bondage in which their soul is entrapped by the human spirit in the evil world. No one will enter the kingdom of God unless the person is first saved or rescued from evil spiritual bondage.

The world we live in today is a strange world. It is not the world God intended for us. We were driven out of the real world God made for us into this world because we rejected God’s authority over us in Adam. We received the spirit of the world rather than the spirit of God which made God to drive us into this present world. We are now trapped in a world of sufferings, pains and death because we became like fish driven out of fresh water which strayed very far away and got trapped in a muddy water.

We are lost and has wandered away from God who is the source of life and goodness to us. We have now become trapped in a strange world which is completely different from our real world. Like the fish, we need to be brought back to the fresh water where we shall have the good life God prepared for us, but we must first be saved from the mud. We know the reason we are suffering and dying is because we have left our source of life and goodness. We desire to return to God, but we could not because we are trapped in the world where we are. We are like captured people kept in bondage because we wandered into a strange territory on our own. As much as returning to God is very desirous, we need to be freed from the bondage first. It is a spiritual bondage whereby our soul is trapped in the body by the spirit of the world (human spirit or fleshly spirit).

Our desire to return to God cannot be fulfilled unless we are first delivered from the current bondage. The greatest danger is that the worldly spirit to which we are trapped is billed for damnation due to evil and corruption and all the souls that will not receive a new Spirit shall be judged and sentenced to a perpetual life of pain and agony. Whoever that is not saved in this world now shall end up in a world which the condition will be more than billion times worse than this world. It is described as a world of hellfire and life there will not come to an end

Many people claimed to have a way out for mankind out their bondage life. They offered ideas of enlightenment of the mind that could save man because they believe evil is entrapped inside man. Their philosophy ends up bringing mankind into another kind of bondage known as religious bondage where we hope in vain for salvation. Man, who is the soul is entrapped in evil, it is not evil that is entrapped in man. If evil is entrapped in man, we will be in control of evil. Man is controlled by evil because he is entrapped in evil. Evil rules the world and because of that we need to make law for everything including how to talk to each other. Evil is restrained to some degree by law because we cannot cast out evil as evil is not entrapped in our mind. Evil is in the world and we are entrapped in evil because in us is the spirit of the world (the human spirit or the material spirit).

How We Got Entrapped in Evil:

When Adam and Eve sinned, they received the fleshly spirit known as the spirit of the world (human spirit). The process of multiplying humans on earth has been set in motion before they sinned and received the spirit of the world. They did not receive God’s life-giving spirit before they sinned and were driven out of the Garden into the current evil world which is a complete strange world to us.

It became impossible for mankind to live and be free from evil and the associated sufferings and pain. From there on every human being born into the world through the natural biological process is fitted with the human spirit and inherited evil because he or she is born into the evil world. We do evil and suffer evil simply because we are born into an evil world and is fitted with the human spirit rather than the Spirit of God.

We rejected God in Adam by not waiting to receive the life-giving spirit He prepared for us. We went ahead and grabbed the spirit of the world. We became separated from God and never received God’s Spirit which is what landed us in the current bondage and the fearful danger of winding up in everlasting life in a world of hellfire.

Many people understand human need to return to God so that we may be restored to our real world, but they think since we got into this problem by rejecting God, then the only way to do it is to simply confess believe in God. The Spirit of flesh which is the human spirit we have now cannot please God and cannot accept the things of God. The only way to return to God is to receive God’s life-giving Spirit.

Anyone born into this world through the natural biological process is born outside the will of God and is living in bondage having in them the spirit of the world which is the spirit of bondage. No one will enter the kingdom of God unless the person is rescued or saved. Anyone born into this world who do not get saved shall not have the opportunity to be restored to God’s kingdom prepared for human beings. People shall either live forever inside the kingdom of God where they shall live eternally in all goodness or in a world outside the kingdom of God known as the hellfire where they shall live in everlasting pain and misery.

We all shall inherit eternal life of evil as a reward if we are not saved from this world of evil by having our spirit changed from human spirit to God’s life-giving Spirit. It is better that one is never born than to be born into the world and refuses to allow yourself to be saved. The person will live eternally in evil.

Compelled by His love for us, God sent Jesus Christ with the Spirit and the authority to save people from the evil world and restore them to real life and to their real world. Believing in God is no more an option for human beings because without the new Spirit no one can inherit the kingdom of God even if they believe in God. Even demons believe there is only one God, so believing in God does not change anything for anyone if the same human spirit still lives in the person.

The only option is to receive the new spirit which God have sent to us in His Son Jesus Christ. You have to believe in God’s Son and in the name of God’s Son Jesus Christ to receive the new Spirit from God. God sent His Son Jesus that whoever believes in him shall receive the life-giving Spirit from God and should not perish but shall be saved and be given everlasting life in God’s kingdom. Those who will not believe in God’s only begotten Son or in his name shall be condemned with the current word to eternal life of pain, misery and agony outside God’s kingdom of heaven because they will not receive in them the new life-giving Spirit from God.

We all need to be saved.

19). MUST I BELIEVE IN JESUS CHRIST TO BE SAVED?

The need for salvation came from the fact that our soul got entrapped in an evil world by the human spirit which caused us to be separated from God who is our light.

Right now, humans are fitted with the human spirit which is also the fleshly spirit or the spirit of the world. This spirit cannot please God and cannot connect to God because it is only mindful of the things of the world. Every human being that needs life must connect back to God and humans can only connect back to God with the Spirit but not the human spirit. No human is able to connect back to God because none has the right spirit of God. No matter how good a human being strives to be, they will still not be able to connect back to God because of the human spirit we are fitted with.

God send Jesus with the life-giving spirit so that anyone who believes in Jesus should receive the same life-giving spirit in exchange of the human spirit and first become freed from the spiritual bondage and lastly, saved at the end. The options for humans is no longer to believe in God because even if we believe in God we cannot still receive eternal life as long as we still have the human spirit in us. Human spirit cannot connect to God and cannot relate with God (1 Corinthians 2:14). The scripture says that it is just friendship with the world that is enmity with God.

Salvation is a matter of spirit. The Spirit that brings us salvation is in Jesus Christ the same way the spirit that brought us into bondage was in Adam. The human spirit is the spirit of bondage. “For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are sons of God. For you did not receive the spirit of bondage again to fear, but you received the Spirit of adoption by whom we cry out, “Abba, Father.” Romans 8:14-15.  We receive the human spirit through biological birth and in the same way we must receive the life-giving Spirit of Jesus Christ through spiritual birth. For you to receive the Spirit of salvation which is the life-giving Spirit, you must believe in Jesus in whom the spirit was released to be given to those who shall come to him.

“On the last day, that great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried out, saying, “If anyone thirsts, let him come to Me and drink. He who believes in Me, as the Scripture has said, out of his heart will flow rivers of living water.” But this He spoke concerning the Spirit, whom those believing in Him would receive; for the Holy Spirit was not yet given, because Jesus was not yet glorified.” John 7:37-39, John 20:22.

Jesus is the savior of mankind because in him is the Spirit of God that gives us new birth through which we become the children of God destined for eternal life in the kingdom of God. For anyone to be saved, the person must believe in Jesus Christ as the Lord and the savior Son of God.

Human spirit is condemned with the spirit beings who rebelled against God’s authority in heaven, who are now the spiritual forces of evil ruling over this world in which we now live.

There is no way any human being could be able to make his or her way back to God no matter how much we desire that and no matter whatever sincere effort one makes. The reason is because we are trapped in evil in the present world like a fish trapped in a muddy water by the spirit of bondage which is the human spirit. We need to be rescued and the only person who could rescue us is someone who do not have the same spirit of bondage that kept us trapped in the world of evil and sin.

“For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.
“He who believes in Him is not condemned; but he who does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.”
John 3:16-18.

Whoever that does not believe in Jesus Christ is already condemned and will stand condemned not because of what Adam did, but for not believing in God’s only Son. The reason is that without believing in Jesus, you cannot receive the Spirit of God that gives life which is the only thing we need to connect back to God and receive the eternal possession He made for humans.

You must believe in Jesus Christ as the Son of God and as Lord to be saved because salvation is only in the name of Jesus Christ.

“Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.” Acts 4:12

20). HOW SHOULD I BELIEVE IN JESUS CHRIST?

To believe in Jesus Christ is to understand how God choose him to be the savior of mankind, who will judge the world and reign over God’s kingdom of heaven. To understand how God has put in him the new Spirit by which human beings shall become the children of God. You have to listen to the words of Jesus and believe in all he declared about God, about God’s salvation plan for mankind, about himself as the way of salvation and follow his command on how we should walk in faith and in spirit with love.

“You do not want to leave too, do you?” Jesus asked the Twelve.  Simon Peter answered him, “Lord, to whom shall we go? You have the words of eternal life. We have come to believe and to know that you are the Holy One of God.”  John 6: 67-69.

First of all, Jesus said he did not come of his own will, that he came to do the will of God the Father who sent him. So, you have to first of all believe in God who sent him who is the creator that made the heavens and the earth.

Secondly, you have to believe that mankind is lost and trapped in sin and need salvation for which God sent His only-begotten Son Jesus into the world with the Spirit and the authority to save the world from sin and give eternal life to all who will believe in God through him.

“Now when they heard this, they were cut to the heart, and said to Peter and the rest of the apostles, “Men and brethren, what shall we do?” Then Peter said to them, “Repent, and let every one of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins; and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. For the promise is to you and to your children, and to all who are afar off, as many as the Lord our God will call.” Acts 2:36-39.

Then thirdly, you have to accept that Jesus is Lord (the one who God has given the authority to judge all and to save anyone). You should be willing to submit to his authority over your life as the Lord of all by learning and accepting all the truth of God revealed through him. And upon these, you should get baptized immediately you believe and has to continue with the truth manifesting the love of God towards all creations.

 “At that time Jesus said,

“I praise you, Father, Lord of heaven and earth, because you have hidden these things from the wise and learned and revealed them to little children. Yes, Father, for this is what you were pleased to do. “All things have been committed to me by my Father. No one knows the Son except the Father, and no one knows the Father except the Son and those to whom the Son chooses to reveal him. “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light. Matthew 11:25-30.

This is the invitation of the Lord Jesus to you.

21). MUST I BECOME A CHRISTIAN TO BE SAVED?

All you need to be saved is to believe and accept Jesus as Lord and the Savior Son of God. Walk by faith and live by the laws of the Spirit of life which you will receive by believing. You become a Believer once you are saved.

A Christian is someone who belongs to the religious group known as Christianity. There are so many denominations in Christianity religion that differ from each other in doctrines and believe. All the denominations of Christianity basically agree on the essentials of the Christian faith which is that Jesus Christ is Lord and the Son of God who came, died and rose again from death. Beside these essentials, there are so many other doctrines, traditions and believes that separate all the denominations from each other and most of these came from expanding and exaggerating the essentials.

Being a Christian is not a guarantee for salvation. It is assumed that most Christians believe Jesus is Lord and savior, but not all have really accepted him as Lord and savior. Anyone who accepts Jesus as Lord and savior should be practicing truth and love as Jesus commanded. A Christian will be saved if he or she also accepts Jesus as Lord and savior by practicing truth and walking in love according to the laws of the spirit of life till the end.

“Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven. Many will say to me on that day, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name and in your name drive out demons and in your name perform many miracles?’ Then I will tell them plainly, ‘I never knew you. Away from me, you evildoers!’ Matthew 7:21-23.

Becoming a Christian is not a prerequisite for salvation. Salvation is for all mankind from every background. You can become a Christian if it is risk free for you, but that does not guarantee the salvation of your soul. It will be a great gain if you join a good Christian fellowship that is not religious which does not have lots of add-ons like expanded or exaggerated facts. You will have the opportunity to learn the truth more deeply and grow stronger in faith with such Christian fellowships which are not religious. Religion teaches doctrines centered on laws, rituals and traditions which many use as a supplement to salvation. Many Christians by this are no longer walking in the truth as their faith has become mixed up with human doctrines and traditions. The sign or symbol of a saved soul is the fruit of the Spirit of life and not doctrines, traditions and rituals.

You will still be saved without becoming a Christian especially when doing so will put your life at a great risk. Believing in Jesus Christ does not make you a Christian. When you believe in Jesus Christ, you become a believer and depending on your situation, you can still be associating with any religion until the Holy Spirit sets you free. God’s desire for sending His only-begotten Son Jesus is that everyone should be saved and come to the knowledge of the truth for the final salvation of their souls.

The first gift you receive in salvation is divine wisdom and divine wisdom will teach you how to live and walk in the truth as a Believer without risk no matter the threats and restrictions existing where you are. Helping you understand how to do this is the grace the Lord have given us. What God is offering us through Jesus Christ is salvation without religious bondage.

The danger of religion is that it will gradually bring you into another bondage after you have been set free by the first part of God’s salvation.

“Woe to you, teachers of the law and Pharisees, you hypocrites! You travel over land and sea to win a single convert, and when you have succeeded, you make them twice as much a child of hell as you are.” Matthew 23:15

Religion has nothing to do with salvation. It is a personal reconnection with God whereby you accept to submit yourself under the authority of God and become a child of God qualified for God’s eternal inheritance. All you need is the truth and the Spirit of Christ in you.

22). MUST I BE BAPTIZED TO BE SAVED?

Baptism is a righteous requirement of God and Jesus Christ and it is an integral part of salvation testified to by Jesus Christ. Salvation has steps and stages and baptism is one of the important steps to salvation. It comes any time after the first stage of salvation which is after someone hearing about Jesus believes and confess that Jesus Christ is Lord and the Son of God.

Jesus himself was baptized with water even though he does not seem to need it. He said to John the Baptist it is necessary that all the righteous requirements of God should be fulfilled. Salvation is offered as a grace and is received by faith and faith is demonstrated through trust and obedience to the word of God. If God commanded it, then we should obey it even if it doesn’t seem to mean much to us; “Because the foolishness of God is wiser than men, and the weakness of God is stronger than men.”  1 Cor. 1:25.

In the things of God especially with regards to salvation, obedience is what is mostly required. Baptism is an act of obedience because it was commanded by God and also reiterated by Jesus Christ. Once you believe, you must also get baptized. It is the only thing we are required to do after we believe. It is not a religious ritual or practice that requires special preparation. It is an act of faith that must be carried out with urgency. Disobedience to God has consequences and worst of it is teaching others to disobey.

Moses struck the rock rather than speak to the rock, yet God gave them water but Moses was penalized for not reverencing God. Moses only knew about the consequence of his action at the port of entry into the Promised Land. Jesus said many likewise will learn of their disobedience and be turned back at the point of entry into the Promised kingdom.

You should demand for water baptism. Let anyone who will tell you it is not necessary for your salvation to know that no word of God should be neglected. If they treat you as a spiritual babe, go take water and baptize yourself in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit.

“And He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature. He who believes and is baptized will be saved; but he who does not believe will be condemned.” Mark 16:15-16.

“And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Amen.” Matthew 28:18-20.

Jesus said that he who believes and is baptized will be saved; but he who does not believe will be condemned. To believe is the precondition for baptism and for that reason Jesus said that whoever does not believe is not even qualified to be baptized so there is no need to talk about baptism where the person does not believe. Baptism alone cannot save and you cannot be baptized unless you first believe, so the argument that baptism does not save is baseless because baptism is not a stand-alone requirement. To believe and be baptized is together as one and not separate from each other.

“Now when they heard this, they were cut to the heart, and said to Peter and the rest of the apostles, “Men and brethren, what shall we do?” Then Peter said to them, “Repent, and let every one of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins; and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.” Acts 2:36-37

If you are leading someone to Jesus, you must be ready to baptize the person immediately they believe for there is no special arrangement required for one to be baptized. All that is required for baptism to take place is water even if the water is not a pool or a river. Salvation should be followed with the urgency it requires and should not become a religious practice.

”Then Philip opened his mouth, and beginning at this Scripture, preached Jesus to him. Now as they went down the road, they came to some water. And the eunuch said, “See, here is water. What hinders me from being baptized?” Then Philip said, “If you believe with all your heart, you may.”
And he answered and said, “I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God.”
Acts 8:35-37

23). IS JESUS CHRIST THE HEAD OF ANY RELIGION?

Jesus was not a human progeny. He was not a prophet. He was not a messenger of God. He was not a philosopher and therefore could not be a head of any religious organization (Matthew 16:13-18). Jesus is Lord and the Son of God. He is the Lord of all.

“Then Peter began to speak: “I now realize how true it is that God does not show favoritism but accepts from every nation the one who fears him and does what is right.” Acts 10:34-35.

God accepts as a Believer anyone who fears Him and does what is right. Jesus called them Believers and witnesses. He told his disciples that people must not be in any organization to identify with him. “Now John answered and said, “Master, we saw someone casting out demons in Your name, and we forbade him because he does not follow with us.” But Jesus said to him, “Do not forbid him, for he who is not against us is on our side.” Luke 9:49-50. If he is against organized religion, how then could he also be the head of any religious organization. He is Lord and the Son of God. He is the Lord of lords meaning the Lord of even the heads of all the religious organizations. God sent Jesus to set people free from religious bondage and bring them into freedom based on true faith.

“When Jesus came into the region of Caesarea Philippi, He asked His disciples, saying, “Who do men say that I, the Son of Man, am?” So they said, “Some say John the Baptist, some Elijah, and others Jeremiah or one of the prophets.” He said to them, “But who do you say that I am?” Simon Peter answered and said, “You are the Christ, the Son of the living God.” Jesus answered and said to him, “Blessed are you, Simon Bar-Jonah, for flesh and blood has not revealed this to you, but My Father who is in heaven. And I also say to you that you are Peter, and on this rock I will build My church, and the gates of Hades shall not prevail against it.” Matthew 16:13-18.

Christianity claims Jesus is the founder of their religion, but this is not true. Jesus did not hold any church services when he was on earth and did not command them to organize any religious movement at the time he returned to heaven. Christianity began so many years after Jesus left the earth and was organized in Rome and not in Jerusalem. After Jesus returned back to heaven, his disciples continued to attend synagogues but were holding fellowships. Fellowship is what the Holy Spirit instructed Believers to be holding and not a religious organization. Jesus spoke against organized religion in Matthew 23.

Almost all the denominations in Christianity have their respective founders which are the respective individuals that started their organization. It is one clear evidence that Jesus was not the founder of Christianity as each denomination has a known founder.

Jesus is the Lord of all.

24). SHOULD I BE SAVED IF I DO NOT BECOME A CHRISTIAN?

This is the same thing as asking if only Christians should be saved. Salvation is for all mankind no matter their religion or tradition.

“For the grace of God has appeared that offers salvation to all people. It teaches us to say “No” to ungodliness and worldly passions, and to live self-controlled, upright and godly lives in this present age,” Titus 2:11-12.

Whoever believes that Jesus Christ is Lord and is the Son of God and is calling on the name of Jesus and adhering to his teachings as the only way for salvation shall be saved. His teachings are the same thing the grace of God is teaching us as stated above.

“Then Peter began to speak: “I now realize how true it is that God does not show favoritism but accepts from every nation the one who fears him and does what is right.” Acts 10:34-35

The salvation of God is not offered through organizations whether religious or otherwise. You will be saved if you could have access to hear the teachings of Jesus Christ, believe that he is Lord and the Son of God, calling upon the name of Jesus in truth and living by the truth loving God and your fellow human being including all creations.

“For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him. Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because they have not believed in the name of God’s one and only Son.” John 3:16-18

As becoming a Christian is not a requirement for salvation so also becoming a Christian is not a disqualification for salvation. You will still be saved if you do not become a Christian but believes and lives according to the Truth of God in Christ Jesus. In the same way, you will also be saved if you become a Christian who believes and lives according to the Truth of God in Christ Jesus.

There is a danger of becoming religious if you join a religious group and there is also the benefit of learning more truth and growing in faith if you join a truth based religious group.

In either way, knowing the truth essentials, believing the truth and holding on to the truth is all you need and this can easily be achieved by having a simple group fellowship rather than an organized religious body. Fellowship of Believers is what the Lord prescribed for his followers where everyone shall be brethren.

25). WHO IS A BELIEVER?

A BELIEVER is an enlightened person who believes the truth about God, lives by the truth he or she believes about God and about God’s redemption plan for mankind which is perfected in Jesus Christ. If a person believe that God is one, that Jesus is Lord and the Son of God who came in the flesh, died and rose again from death and the person lives the life of love out of the knowledge and understanding of truth, that person is a Believer.

A Believer is an enlightened person who has a single heart and who lives completely free and simple by knowing and understanding that God is all and in all things.

A Believer is not a religious person, but someone who has been enlightened by the light of God’s Truth to know God, God’s way (mind), God’s Son who is the Christ and the power of God’s love. A Believer should believe in one true God, in Jesus Christ the Son of God who is Lord, in the plan of God for humans which is accomplished through salvation and accept Jesus as Lord by living the life of truth manifested through love in obedience to God’s command. A Believer is a light to the world which is a receiver and user/reflector of God’s light and love based on the accurate knowledge of truth..

Religion and tradition observes given rituals and has affiliation to certain symbols or objects, but a Believer has no rituals to practice or observe and no symbols or objects to affiliate to. A Believer follows nothing other than truth and love through the grace of God in Christ Jesus and these two things does not discriminate against anyone.

God called us to be Believers. To believe is the basic or the essential requirement of the Gospel of Jesus Christ and of God’s salvation.

26). DOES MY RELIGION OR TRADITION MAKE ME A BELIEVER?

Religion or tradition does not make one a Believer. Religion and tradition are what people practice controlled by laws and rituals, but a Believer is about living the life of truth and love based on the understanding that God is all and in all things.

Religion and tradition exerts control and restriction on the followers while a Believer is all about freedom to live by grace. You need the truth to become free. Religion or tradition cannot make you a Believer because with them you will be restricted from accepting the truth and forbidden from freely showing love.

You can’t claim to be free when you are under restriction. You can be a free person operating in a restricted circle meaning you can become a Believer while still in your religion depending on your circumstances. Once you become a Believer, the seed of truth and love is planted in your heart which makes you a changed person.

27). I AM A CHRISTIAN – DO I NEED TO BECOME A BELIEVER?

If you call yourself a Christian, then you are following a religion, so you really need to become a Believer. You need the knowledge of the Truth of God in Jesus Christ so that you will become free as a Believer and not be under organized control and restriction as a Christian.

As a Christian, you are not far from the Truth. There is just one thing you’ll need to get rid of and that is the religious mentality so that you may receive a Believer’s mind.

You are not a Christian just because you go to church, but by following church dogmas rather than the truth. Believers still go to Church, but they stick only to the truth and avoid religious rituals and practices. As a Believer, you can’t be called a Christian even though you associate with a Christian organization or any other religious organization.

28). CAN I BECOME A BELIEVER AND STILL ASSOCIATE WITH MY RELIGION?

There are three ways to identify or relate with any religion. The first way is by association, the second way is by affiliation and the third way is by observation.

Yes, you can become a Believer and still associate with your religion, but this largely depends on your circumstances. God’s desire is that people everywhere should become Believers no matter their religion or tradition. God do not want anyone to be lost. Religion imposes restriction on people in many places of the world, but the wisdom from God has revealed the grace of God that offers salvation to all people irrespective of their religious and traditional association.

The emphasis here is on religious or traditional association and not on observation or affiliation. You can still associate with your religion or any other religion for that matter as a Believer. There is nothing to practice, observe or affiliate to as a Believer other than truth and love and these two things does not discriminate against anyone.

This is the mission we are given to fulfill and we have a comprehensive information on how you can receive and use God’s wisdom in this regard to be able to save your soul and gain eternal life in God’s kingdom without being at any risk. 29). AS A MOSLEM, CAN I BECOME A BELIEVER AND STILL GO TO MOSQUE?

Mosque is a religious place of worship for the Muslims. A place where they gather to worship in line with Islamic religious regulations. People can gather together as a group in a given place of worship and be led collectively in worship by a worship or prayer leader, but no one can force anyone to worship what they worship because everyone worships individually just like in almost every place of worship.

God is very much aware of the dangers posed by religion, tradition and politics to many people in many places who wants to be saved. He made available special grace that could enable people under such circumstances to be saved without risking their life. The purpose of the grace of God is to enable people become Believers wherever they are in a way that restrictions imposed by religious, traditional or political organizations will not prevent anyone from being saved.

As a Moslem which means you’re an Islamic religious follower, you can for sure become a Believer and still go to Mosque. It calls for wisdom which is God’s special wisdom made available through the grace of God in Christ Jesus. There is nothing to practice, observe or affiliate to as a Believer other than truth and love and these two things does not discriminate against anyone.

Remember that once you become a Believer you have become a person of truth and love even though you may still be relating with a religion. You can become a Believer, perfectly follow the truth and live by truth and love and still go to Mosque if your circumstances warrant that. Not everyone has the freedom to keep away from identifying with the religion allowed in the area where they live.

This is the mission we are given to fulfill and we have a comprehensive information on how you can receive and use God’s wisdom in this regard to be able to save your soul and gain eternal life in God’s kingdom without being at any risk. 30). I HAVE MY RELIGION/TRADITION, BUT CAN I STILL BECOME A BELIEVER?

Having a religion is a very good evidence you are looking for the truth. To hunger and thirst for truth is the first step to becoming a Believer. With or without religious restriction, you can completely become a Believer despite what your religion is and no matter where you are.

There are three ways to identify or relate with any religion. The first way is by association, the second way is by affiliation and the third way is by observation. A Believer can associate with any religion without affiliation and observation. Religious organizations and traditions are made up of people and as a Believer, you are free to associate with people of all backgrounds.

A Believer’s life is completely free and simple.

31). HOW SHOULD I BECOME A BELIEVER WHERE I LIVE WITHOUT GETTING INTO TROUBLE WITH MY PEOPLE?

As a Believer, you will be a light wherever you are and the world understands the importance of light. Trouble comes from what we practice, observe and affiliate our life to.

Religion and tradition observes given rituals and has affiliation to certain symbols or objects, but a Believer has no rituals to practice or observe and no symbols or objects to affiliate to. Your life as a Believer will be completely free and simple and there’s no way you will get it into trouble no matter how extremist the people around are.

A Believer follows nothing other than truth and love through the grace of God in Christ Jesus and these two things does not discriminate against anyone and they do not hurt anyone’s feelings.

32). HOW CAN I GROW IN FAITH IF I STILL ASSOCIATE WITH MY RELIGION?

Faith feeds on truth and truth is the word of God. Associating with your religion does not pose so much danger to your faith rising if that is necessitated by unavoidable circumstances. You need the word of truth to grow in faith and this is the reason God gives the Holy Spirit to Believers so that they may grow in faith.

What you need is to keep hearing and reading the word of truth and keep living by the word of truth practicing love with all your heart and you will grow rapidly. God is He who works in us both to will and to act according to His good pleasure and God is He who gives growth.

Religious association only cannot stop your faith from growing if you walk in the wisdom God will give you to live among your people and associate with the religion of your people. God’s will is to make sure people everywhere and under any circumstances receive salvation and become saved. Associating with your religion excludes affiliating and observing the religious and traditional rituals and practices. Remember, you associate with your religion depending on your circumstances and if you only associate without observation and affiliation, you will surely grow in faith.

There are millions of Believers all over the world who would love to share the word with you privately and regularly through many mediums until you gain total freedom from restrictions. Our mission is not only to get you to become a Believer so that you can be saved where you are. It extends to follow up with you till you start bearing fruits that endures so that you will get to the end when you shall also save your soul. You are never alone or far from the brethren, there are numerous Believers always around you wherever you may be.

33) WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO BE SPIRITUAL?

To be spiritual is neither to become a spirit being, acting like a spirit nor be connected to spirits. Human beings have both spiritual nature and physical nature for which reason we are called human beings.

Being spiritual is state of being alive in the spirit which is determined by one’s ability to hear, understand, believe and apply the word of truth from God. This defines only being spiritual towards God. People can be spiritual towards other spiritual beings. It is not everyone who is spiritual that is connected to God. You should test all spirits all the time to know whether they are from God.

Humans connect to God with the spirit and connect to the world with their body. The direction of human life flows from the spirit to the soul and to the body whereby the three are working in unison to perform God’s will. You use your spirit to receive information from God or other spiritual realm and you use your body to perform the instructions you receive from God or other spiritual realm to affect the world, creations and other human beings. This is what being spiritual mean. Anything beyond this is to become spiritually possessed.

34). WHAT ARE THE ESSENTIALS OR FOUNDATION OF A BELIEVER’S FAITH?

The essentials or the foundation of a Believer’s faith simply means the most important truths we are called to believe. They are called the essentials because they are what the God of truth revealed to us through Jesus Christ as the eternal truth without contradictions or exaggerations. Contradictions and exaggerations happens when humans try to develop the context further either philosophically or theologically. You can find these essentials in our website menu “About Us.”
